User Agreement

This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the online store "OLLA," located at olla.ua, may receive about the User during the use of the online store's website, programs, and products.

1. Definitions

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)" – authorized employees managing the site on behalf of the "OLLA" online store, organizing and/or processing personal data, and determining the purposes for processing personal data, the scope of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) carried out with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" – any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identifiable individual (data subject).

1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent its dissemination without the consent of the data subject or other legal basis.

1.1.5. "User of the Online Store’s Website (hereinafter referred to as User)" – an individual who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Online Store’s website.

1.1.6. "Cookies" – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends each time to the web server in an HTTP request when attempting to open a page on the relevant website.

1.1.7. "IP Address" – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The User's use of the Online Store’s website implies consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Online Store’s website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the "OLLA" Online Store’s website. The Online Store does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Online Store’s website.

2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Online Store’s website.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration regarding the nondisclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the User must provide upon the Site Administration’s request during registration on the Online Store’s website or when placing an order to purchase Goods.

3.2. The personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Online Store’s website in the Personal Account section and includes the following information:

3.2.1. User’s last name, first name, and middle name;

3.2.2. User’s contact phone number;

3.2.3. email address (e-mail);

3.2.4. delivery address for Goods;

3.2.5. User’s place of residence.

3.3. The Online Store protects Data that is automatically transmitted while viewing advertisement blocks and visiting pages with a statistical script system ("pixel"):

• IP address;

• information from cookies;

• information about the browser (or other program that provides access to advertisements);

• access time;

• address of the page where the ad block is located;

• referrer (previous page address).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Online Store’s website requiring authorization.

3.3.2. The Online Store collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to detect and resolve technical problems and to monitor the legality of financial transactions.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers, operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secure storage and nondisclosure, except as provided in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. Purpose of Collecting User's Personal Information

4.1. The User’s personal data may be used by the Site Administration for the following purposes:

4.1.1. Identifying the User registered on the Online Store’s website for order placement and/or to conclude a purchase and sale contract with the "OLLA" online store.

4.1.2. Granting the User access to personalized resources of the Online Store’s website.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests concerning the use of the Online Store’s website, provision of services, processing of requests, and applications from the User.

4.1.4. Determining the User’s location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.5. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Creating a User account for making purchases if the User has agreed to create an account.

4.1.7. Notifying the User of the Online Store’s website about the Order status.

4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes or tax benefits, challenging payments, determining the User’s right to a credit line.

4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Online Store’s website.

4.1.10. Providing the User, with their consent, updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Online Store or on behalf of the Online Store’s partners.

4.1.11. Conducting advertising activities with the User’s consent.

4.1.12. Providing the User with access to the websites or services of the Online Store’s partners to receive products, updates, and services.

5. Methods and Terms of Personal Information Processing

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limitation, in any lawful manner, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, such as courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the "OLLA" Online Store’s website, including delivery of Goods.

5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies of state authority of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties.

5.6. The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User is obligated to:

6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Online Store’s website.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information about personal data if this information changes.

6.2. The Site Administration is obligated to:

6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information remains secret, does not disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, and does not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User's personal data by any other possible means, except as specified in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedures usually used to protect such information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s request or the request of their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except as provided in clauses 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before being received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before applying to the court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Online Store’s website and the Site Administration, a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute settlement) must be submitted.

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the
