Return and Refund Policy

Return of Goods in Proper Condition:

1. The Buyer has the right to exchange goods in proper condition for a similar one with the Seller from whom it was purchased if the product does not satisfy the Buyer in terms of shape, dimensions, design, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose under the following conditions:

 A) The item for exchange is provided to the Seller within no more than fourteen days, excluding the purchase date;

 B) The item can be exchanged if it has not been used, shows no signs of use, retains its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, films, and if the integrity of the packaging, both of the item and its components, is preserved;

 C) The item has no scratches, chips, or scuffs and is fully functional;

  D) The full set of the sold product is retained;

  E) The item can be exchanged when the Buyer provides the receipt issued along with the sold item.

1.1. The requirements of item 1 do not apply to goods listed in Appendix No. 3 to Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'," which includes a list of goods in proper condition that are not subject to exchange (return).

1.2. If the item does not meet the conditions defined in subpoints A) - E) of item 1, the Seller has the right to refuse an exchange.

1.3. Transportation costs for the delivery of goods for exchange as per item 1 are borne by the Buyer.

1.4. When an item is exchanged, its warranty period is recalculated from the date of exchange.

1.5. If a similar item is not available for sale at the time of exchange, the Buyer has the right to purchase any other item from the available assortment with the corresponding cost adjustment, terminate the contract and receive a refund equal to the cost of the returned item, or exchange the item for a similar one as soon as it becomes available.

2. Procedure for Receiving Goods by the Buyer

2.1. Upon receiving the goods at the carrier's warehouse, from a courier, or the Seller, the Buyer is obligated to check the packaging for integrity and, upon opening it, confirm that the product is in proper external condition (absence of mechanical damage) and that it is complete.

2.2. If any of the deficiencies mentioned in item

2.1 of the Agreement are present, the Buyer must document it in an act of free form. The act must be signed by the Buyer and the carrier or Seller representative. Within one (1) day of signing the Act, the Buyer must inform the manager (Seller’s representative responsible for processing the order) about the identified deficiencies and arrange for a replacement.

2.3. The Parties agree that failure to follow the mandatory requirements of this procedure will constitute the Buyer's acknowledgment of having received the goods in proper condition—free of mechanical damage and fully complete.

2.4. If significant defects, caused by the manufacturer or falsification of the goods, are identified within the established warranty period (shelf life) and confirmed by an expert opinion, the Buyer, according to the warranty obligations and terms set forth in the Agreement, has the right to demand from the Seller, at their choice:

   2.4.1. Termination of the contract and a refund of the amount paid for the goods;

   2.4.2. Replacement of the item with an identical or similar one available from the Seller.

2.5. In such cases, upon confirmation of significant defects in the goods by the Seller and upon the Buyer’s request, the paid funds must be returned to the Buyer to the specified account within seven (7) calendar days from the return of the goods.

2.6. In cases of replacement of defective goods, the carrier's service costs are borne by the Seller.

2.7. In all cases, returned goods must be in the original packaging in which they were delivered, with the product's appearance and consumer qualities preserved.

2.8. All issues not regulated by this Agreement relating to the order, conditions of warranty repair, or replacement of goods in case of defects identified during the warranty (shelf life) period shall be governed by the manufacturer's warranty obligations for the relevant goods or, if not provided by the manufacturer, by the current legislation of Ukraine.
