When i get my order?

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by companies New Post, Mist Express delivery time 1-2 days.

The cost of delivery of 1 pair of shoes costs from 50 UAH. Payment for delivery at the expense of the recipient.

Orders of 2 or more units can be sent in different parcels.

How do i pay for my order?

Payment for the order is made immediately after confirmation of the order on the site (0% commission): You will be redirected to the LiqPay payment page.

On it you can pay for your order by bank card, or through a terminal.

You can also pay for your order by transfer to your current account in PrivatBank (commission >0.5%).

The requisites will be sent to the mail specified in the order.

When paying to a current account, please specify your order number in the "Purpose of payment" field.

The most favourable payment option for you is payment on the site immediately after placing the order, as we pay LiqPay commission 2.75%.

 The reserve on the goods is set for up to 2 days before the payment is received, after the reserve on the order is removed and the goods can be bought by other customers.

When does the order dispatch take place?

Items are dispatched within 1 - 5 days after payment is confirmed, but we always try to make dispatch quicker.

After the order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification with the number of TTN to track the parcel.

Please note: dispatch of orders from Monday to Saturday, no dispatch on Sunday!

Parcel by default, waiting at the office of New Post 5 working days, then returned to the sender, if for any reason you do not have time to pick up the parcel, to extend the period of storage contact us. For storage of parcel more than 5 days New Post charges an additional fee of UAH 20 for one day of storage.

How do you take measurements from a foot?

In order to determine the shoe size, you need to measure the length of the foot.

To do this, place both feet on a piece of paper and, holding the pen vertically, outline the contours of both feet.

Then measure the distance between the furthest points of both feet in centimetres.

If the obtained distances on the legs are different, then it is necessary to focus on the longer length.

The measurements on the website are for the inner length of the shoe (insole length).

Can I exchange a product that doesn't fit me?

Yes you have this option within 14 days of purchase.

Goods of proper quality with preserved packaging and price tags, without traces of use are accepted for return/exchange.

Goods with opened blister packs, worn, with damaged price tags and/or torn tags will not be accepted for return!

The delivery fee is not included in the price of the goods, so transport costs for the return of goods of proper quality are paid by the customer.

Returns are carried out by delivery service New Post, after we receive the goods within 1-3 days, the goods are sent for replacement, or refund to the buyer's card account within 1-3 banking days.

Contact the manager for the address to send the return to.

ТAn improper quality product may be returned in case of a factory defect confirmed by an independent expert examination.

Goods with mechanical damage resulting from careless use are not accepted for return.

Be sure to check the goods when you receive your parcel.
Do not leave the branch until you are sure the item matches your order.
Claims will only be accepted with an inspection report in the presence of the carrier's staff.
